Symptoms
- When exporting a CSV file from Catapult One Online, the exported CSV file appears without data in the cells.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Refresh the page
- Click on the squads tab and select the session in question
- Wait for the data to load
- Select 'Export to CSV' from the desired graph
If the issue persists then please contact support. Simply type 'talk to support' in the digital assistant (bottom right of any screen in the Help Centre).
