How to Download the Catapult One Sync Tool

  1. Log in to the Catapult One Online Account.
  2. Click on the person icon account_icon.png. This will bring you to your Account Settings select Download Sync Tool.

  3. Select your Operating System to download.

    Users on Windows:
    - Download and install the Catapult-One-Sync application file.
    - After installing the file, proceed to step 4 and open the Sync Tool.

    Users on Mac OS:
    - Navigate to System Preferences Security and Privacy.
    - Select Files and Folders from the left-hand menu.
    - Ensure that Removable Volumes is ticked underneath Catapult One Sync Tool.
    - Apply the settings.

  4. Once the Sync Tool is installed, run by double-clicking on the Catapult One Sync desktop icon.
  5. Sign in to the Sync Tool using the same Catapult One Cloud Username and Password.
