How to Contact Support via the Catapult One Cloud
- Log in to your Catapult One online account and select the Question mark icon at the top right-hand side.
- Select Contact Support, fill out the details and click Submit.
- One of our Support Agents will be in touch with you via the email you provided as soon as possible.
How to Contact Support from the Help Centre
- Navigate to the Help Centre by going to https://onesupport.catapultsports.com/hc
- Click the digital assistant at the bottom right of the homepage.
- It is often quickest to find a solution by troubleshooting it first. Simply select Troubleshoot an Issue and follow the instructions in the chat.
- If you still need assistance from our Support team just type 'talk to support' in the chat.
- Once you submit your request, one of our Support Agents will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
