Light Indicators
There are three lights on the Catapult One pod which indicate various modes:
Solid Red Middle LightCharging
Pod displays solid red light whilst charging |
Green / Red / Green LightsReady to Sync Pod is plugged into the docking station, and turned on |
All Lights Flashing GreenConnected via Satellite Pod has found a signal, and is ready to begin a session |
Solid Green Middle LightFully Charged Pod displays solid green light when fully charged |
Left Light Flashing GreenSearching for Satellite Pod is searching for a satellite signal

All Lights OffPowered Off Pod has been turned off, session ended

Note: Pods can store 600 hours of activity on the memory card. You can store multiple sessions before downloading the data, however, we do advise the pods are synced after each session.
Turning the Pod on
- Press button once
- Light sequence
- All three lights will turn green for two seconds
- Each light will flash once from left to right
- The left light will then flash to indicate that Pod is searching for a satellite signal
- Once GPS lock has been established all lights will flash at the same time every two second
Turning the Pod off
- Hold down the button for 5 seconds
- Light sequence
- The right light will flash six times
- All lights will turn off
Connected to PC
- Ready to sync
- When your pod is connected to your PC and is turned on there are two possible combinations of lights.
- When the left and right lights are green this indicates that the Pod is in USB mode. The middle light indicates the charging status.
- Connected and charging
- In this state, the Pod is connected to your PC and is charging
- From left to right: green, red, green
- Connected and fully charged
- In this state, the Pod is connected to your PC and is fully charged
- From left to right: green, green, green
- Connected and charging
