How to Identify a Catapult One Pod Without Stickers
If the stickers on a Catapult One pod have been removed or are unreadable then please follow one of these methods to identify the pod:
Method 1
- Connect the pod to the computer (turned on).
- Open the Sync Tool.
- Click the Settings icon on the right-hand side.
- Take a photo of this settings menu and provide it to support when requested.
Method 2
- Connect the pod to the computer (turned on).
- Open the USB device.
- Open any folder beginning with "Ptek".
- Copy the "info_XXXX.conf" file.
- Send "info_XXXX.conf" file to Support when requested.
