When contacting Support for help with your Catapult One pod, you may be asked to provide the ID of your pod. To find this, turn your pod around, and look on the back for a label at the top - there should be a 5 digit number displayed as shown below:
If this is not visible for any reason, please try the following steps:
- Connect your pod to a PC via the charge clip and turn it on.
- Open the USB Drive.
- Open any folder beginning with "Ptek".
- Copy the "info_XXXX.conf" file and send to your Support agent.
