What is your returns policy?

Currently we have a 30 day Returns policy, that's how confident we are that you'll love Catapult One. But if you don't, you have the option of returning the kit (as long as it is in good condition) up to 30 days from purchase and you will get a full refund.

What is the warranty on Catapult One?

Your Catapult One Pods come with a two year warranty from the date of purchase, guaranteed against manufacturing faults and defects. During this period, if your Pods become defective they are covered for repair or replacement under the warranty.

One of my pods was stolen, what can I do?
