How to retrieve your Catapult One Pod ID via the 'nRF Connect' App

1. Download the nRF Connect for Mobile app via your Android or iOS app store.
   
2. Open the nRF Connect app.
3. Select Scan.
4. The app will then search for the Catapult One pod and once found, it will display in the app in the following format "PLAYR  XXXXXXXXXXXXX".
   
5. Please send the "PLAYR XXXXXXXXXXXX" ID number to the support team member assisting with your issue.
