Total Distance
Total distance is the distance covered during a specified time period. In the Premier League, positions that typically cover the highest total distance are midfielders and full backs - this can be from anything up to 13km in a game. For an amateur, a good total distance would be around 10km.
Top Speed
Top speed is the highest speed a player records during any given session. Professional athletes have been seen to record anything up to 10/10.2 meters per second (m/s). 8.5 m/s would considered a good score for an amateur or sub-elite football player.
Power
Your Power score will be the total of your high accelerations and decelerations, and number of sprints to give an indication of your performance intensity level for that session. 'Power' is the metric that will probably vary the most between players and positions. Professionals would likely generate a Power score between 60 - 80; whilst an amateur would typically score around 50 - 60 in a game.
Sprint Distance
Sprint Distance will be the best indicator of high intensity work carried out in your session. This metric is the distance accumulated whilst running at high speed/sprinting. 300m - 500m of Sprint Distance would likely be recorded for a professional athlete in a game. For amateurs, this varies considerably, ranging from 100m Sprint Distance covered, to 350m.
