Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, we understand life happens! If you need to pause your membership you can do so for one month, every six months. Go to one.catapultsports.com and login to your account in the upper right hand corner. Then click your account and edit membership. Finally click pause membership.
What happens if I get injured?
First! We are sorry you are hurt. We want to give you time to heal, pause your membership for a month every six months. Go to one.catapultsports.com , login to your account in the upper right hand corner. Then click your account and edit membership. Finally click pause membership. If you've already paused and get hurt, please contact customer service.
Can I get a discount if I purchase 12 months in advance?
Yes! Catapult One membership is available in monthly and annual increments. The annual plan includes the starter kit with a vest, pod, and app, as well as 12 months of service. Is there a minimum subscription length?
If you are on a monthly subscription you must stay one month, an annual subscription is billed for all 12 months upfront. We hope you love Catapult One, but if you don't, please contact us and we are happy to help.

How do I cancel my membership?
We'd love an opporunity to help, contact us and we would be happy to work through any account or technical issues. however, if you'd still like to cancel you can do so by going to one.catapultsports.com, login to your account in the upper right hand corner. Then click your account and edit membership. Finally click cancel.
What do I get from my membership?
Membership allows you to access your performance data and trends in the Catapult One app. It also includes a library of in-season and offseason training plans, and training and recovery tips designed by elite coaches.
My payment method expired, how can I set up a new one?
To update payment methods, proceed to to one.catapultsports.com, login to your account in the upper right hand corner. Then click your account and card on file. Here you can update your payment methods.
I already bought PLAYR, do I have to pay for a Catapult One membership?
Customers who purchased a PLAYR GPS tracker prior to August 2021 have been given a complimentary membership for the life of their device (or through the 2 year warranty period). PLAYR users will be able to use the Catapult One app with their PLAYR pod to access all of their data and insights.
I bought a PLAYR pod second hand, how can I become a Catapult One member?

I want to use one pod for two players, do I need two memberships?
Yes, pods are tied to your subscription so you will need a pod per player. If you are purchasing for a team please see https://one.catapultsports.com/join-catapult-one-team
I don't want a membership, can I just buy it?
Unfortantely the tracking pods are only able to be activated with a subscription, you will need a subscription to track your stats, see insights, and recieve feedback.
If I cancel my membership, what happens to all my data?
When you cancel you will still be able to access high level session data, however, trends, insights, heatmaps, and analysis can only be accessed with a subscription.
I cancelled my membership and now I want to start it again, how can I do that?
We would love to have you back. You can resubscribe by going to one.catapultsports.com, login to your account in the upper right hand corner. Clicking your account and edit membership. Finally click resubscribe.
Do you offer different membership levels?
For individuals we offer monthly and annual options, for teams we offer annual memberships.

We offer both a monthly and an annual plan. Both plans offer the same member benefits, but the annual plan can save you 20% in the first year over being billed monthly.
How long does the contract last?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are valid for 12 months post your purchase.
Does the subscription automatically renew or do I need to contact someone to renew this?
Our subscriptions auto-renew for your convenience. We want to ensure you keep tracking, training, and improving, however, you may cancel at any time by accessing your membership details in your account details.
Can I gift a Catapult One membership?
Yes! We now offer a Gift Membership option. This is a non-recurring membership, which gives 12 months access to the Catapult One App from the date the Pod is first paired with the account. Just head to our Gift product page to purchase HERE!
