Resetting a Catapult One pod may be required if the pod is having issues.
This should only be done after contacting support and being advised to reset your pod.
How To Factory Reset your Catapult One Pod
- Ensure your pod is on the charging tray (White lights) next to your phone
- Login to your Catapult One app.
- Select the Pod icon at the bottom of the screen and select the settings cog located on the top right hand of your application.
4. Scroll down and navigate to Manage Pod and select Factory Reset Pod (Circled below)
5. When asked if you wish to proceed with the factory reset Select ‘OK’ .
