Is there a minimum subscription length?
Team membership is billed annually with a two year commitment, the membership then renews annually.
How can I cancel my membership?

What do I get from my membership?
Included in the membership is access to the Catapult One coach's dashboard and pods, vests, and charging clips for all of the players you purchased for.
I don't want a membership, can I just buy it?
Catapult One is a membership only service, and cannot be purchased upfront.
How long does the contract last?
Annual memberships have a two year commitment at which point they renew on a 12 month term.
Does the subscription automatically renew or do I need to contact someone to renew this?
Your Catapult One membership will auto renew each year on the original payment method you provided. You will be able to manage your subscription through our portal once you have purchased and registered.
Will I lose my data if we cancel our subscription?
If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the Catapult One dashboard. To regain access, you'll need to re-activate your membership by making a payment.
What happens if we miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, we'll get in contact with you to update your payment details to make sure the membership payment can be taken. If we don't receive a payment from you, your membership will lapse and you will lose access to your Catapult One account.
Can the player get their own membership?
For our Catapult One Team solution, the Catapult One Pods need to be purchased through the team to ensure they are assigned to the correct account so that they sync with the Coach dashboard.
