To view data from your synced sessions, go to 'Home'. You have the option to view a historic session from previous weeks, or your latest session.
Once in 'Home', select 'View All Sessions'. You can then scroll through the list of sessions and select your desired one.
To view your latest session, go to 'Home', a tab displaying a quick summary of your most recently downloaded session will show. Press 'Details' to see more in-depth data.
Here you will be able to view your Top Speed, Distance, Power, and Sprint Distance as a graphic indicating the intensity of your output based on your position and training schedule:
From here, you can share your session by selecting the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the summary table. This will send a screenshot of the graphic shown above.
If you select 'See Details', more in-depth information will display for each metric - tap into each metric to get a summary of your trends; comparison between yourself, your targets, and a professional; a 5-minute breakdown; and a heat map!
If you press the '?' icon on the top right-hand corner of each display, you will receive a detailed explanation from expert coaches on the area you are currently looking into.
If you press the back arrow from here and then scroll down, you will get access to an analysis of the session in terms of Load and Intensity. Your app will identify if that session was too easy or too hard considering this was MD-2 for example.
