We recommend configuring your Calendar by inputting training and match dates and keeping this as up to date as possible. Reason being, your app will provide sports science advice specifically tailored around your training schedule.
Using the screenshot below as an example, if you set your calendar up with training days scheduled on Wednesdays, and matches on Saturdays, your app will feedback advice to let you know if you are at risk of overtraining (or undertraining!) considering you have a match in 3 days.
To set up your calendar:
- Go to 'Sessions' in the app and select '+ Add Schedule'.
- Here you can identify your Match and Training days. In the calendar, days selected for your matches will display a circle icon, and for your training days, a triangle icon:
