How to Contact Support via the Catapult One Cloud:
1. Log into your Catapult One online account and select the envelope icon.
2. Select 'Contact Us' from the settings drop-down menu.
3. In the Contact Support form, select your region ('USA', 'Europe', 'Asia/Pacific', or 'Other').
4. Fill out your Name, Email, Phone (if desired or leave a '-'), Issue Type, and describe in detail your issue.
5. Click 'Submit'
A member of the team will then contact you shortly to discuss your query further.
