How to Identify a Catapult One Pod Without Stickers:
If the stickers on a Catapult One pod have been removed or are unreadable then please follow one of these methods to identify the pod:
Method 1
- Connect the pod to the computer (turned on)
- Open the Sync Tool
- Click the settings icon on the right-hand side
- Take a photo of this settings menu and provide it to support when requested
Method 2
- Connect the pod to the computer (turned on)
- Open the USB device
- Open any folder beginning with "Ptek"
- Copy the "info_XXXX.conf" file
- Send "info_XXXX.conf" file to Support when requested
